Hello and welcome. My name is Sabrina and I am a certified personal trainer, recipe developer, food photographer, and cookbook author. I am a huge proponent of exercise and healthful eating and I am excited to welcome you to The New Fit Chef. I am quite aware that one specific set of dietary recommendations does not work for everyone. Here you can find recipes ranging from keto to vegan, low carb to low fat. You will also find tips and tricks for different forms of exercise, exercise equipment, and discussions that tackle a whole-body approach. In order to make positive changes to happen, we must work from the inside out. I am excited to present my ideas and professional expertise, and I hope to hear from you too.
